Priscilla Jabouin has more than 13 years of experience supporting mid-level professionals through successful job searches, career transitions and workplace challenges. Clients often seek her guidance when pursuing more meaning and fulfillment at work – their “dream career.” 

With a background in psychology and education, she takes a holistic approach to helping clients find work they genuinely love, while also addressing burnout, anxiety, workplace conflict and systemic barriers.  

Kelsi Kriitmaa, PhD, is a Europe-based career and leadership coach and social impact strategist with over two decades of experience across global development, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and social innovation.
