Her bilingual coaching platform delivers culturally rooted mentorship that cuts through self-doubt and helps build sustainable careers.

Edgar Brown is the founder of Principled Growth and an executive coach for leaders in tech. His coaching practice helps startup CEOs and emerging leaders make clear decisions in high-stakes environments, strengthen executive presence, lead high-performing teams, and scale without burning out. 

Before coaching, he led growth at venture-funded and PE-backed companies, founded technology startups and supported entrepreneurial communities across Canada and the US. Aileen Crowne, MSW鈥88

Aileen Crowne is a certified executive and group coach specializing in career transitions and assessments, leadership development, neurodiversity, mental health and family systems.

Liz Doyle Harmer is a leadership coach, facilitator, and creator of 鈥渟tatecrafting鈥 鈥 a methodology that helps leaders govern their internal state so it supports rather than sabotages the future they're reaching for. 

She works with senior leaders and teams ready to close the gap between the impact they're having and the impact they know they're capable of. Clients include JP Morgan, Google and Johnson & Johnson. Liz holds an MBA from the Desautels Faculty of Management at 海角社区, is ICF-accredited (PCC) and is completing her first book, Statecrafting

Ann works with emerging leaders and rising executives to strengthen communication, decision-making and leadership presence. She is the author of Wallet on the Rental Car Roof and publishes a LinkedIn newsletter on leadership and career growth.

Kelsi Kriitmaa, PhD, is a Europe-based career and leadership coach and social impact strategist with over two decades of experience across global development, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and social innovation. Kelsi works with individuals and organizations across the UN, nonprofits, foundations, CSR teams and purpose-driven companies. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology and an MPH and is an ICF-certified coach.

Carolina Mingarelli is a lawyer and has been an executive at the Department of Justice Canada for more than a decade, with experience in both the private and public sectors.

These discussions can create a path to a more satisfying use of their skills, time and energy. She also supports clients who are moving through loss, whether in relationships, career or even a road not taken.
