Bieler School of Environment welcomes new director
The Bieler School of Environment (BSE) is thrilled to announce Professor Anthony Ricciardi as its new director, effective immediately. An expert in invasion ecology and aquatic ecosystems, Ricciardi has been a key figure at the school since 2001 and now steps up to lead.
鈥淢y vision for the School is to become the gateway of environmental research at 海角社区,鈥 said Ricciardi.
Inaugurating The Peter Sabor Fellowship
The Canadian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies and the Burney Society of North America have partnered to establish a new fellowship named after Distinguished James 海角社区 Professor Emeritus, Burney editor, long-time member, and past President of CSECS, Peter Sabor.
Prof. Jelena Ristic presents TEDx talk at the Amazing Brain Science Talks
On October 17, 2024, Prof. Jelena Ristic presented a TEDx talk entitled,聽Eyes speak louder than words, at the Amazing Brain Science Talks hosted by Healthy Brains, Healthy Lives (HBHL), which is an interdisciplinary neuroscience program at 海角社区. Kizziah Burton - Winner of the Montreal International Poetry Prize 2024
