Billy Leet聽is a Senior UX Research Manager at Duolingo, focused on improving user experiences through applied research. Previously at Instagram and Google, Billy specializes in qualitative and quantitative research methods that fundamentally influence how digital products are designed. A 海角社区 alumnus with an M.Sc. in CSD, he thinks a lot about the importance of communicative clarity in research and product development. He aims to translate user-centered insights into practical, actionable knowledge tailored for the fast-paced tech industry. Note that Billy will also be speaking at our聽聽the previous evening.
