Public Registers: Transversal Studies and Critical Reflections
Public registers have multiplied in recent years. Preliminary research conducted by the Cr茅peau Centre has identified more than 80 such registers in Quebec.
What are their uses, functions, and risks? These questions will be the focus of several activities at the Cr茅peau Centre in 2026鈥�27 and 2027鈥�28.

Guidelines for presentation proposals
Please send us your proposal by April 11th, 2026, to centre.crepeau [at] mcgill.ca. It must include a title and a summary of 100 to 150 words. Please specify whether you wish to participate in the international conference or the series of civil law workshops.
Depending on available resources, travel and accommodation expenses may be reimbursed. Funding requests are currently being processed.
