"Age-related changes in cognition in fragile X carrier males with and without Fragile X Associated Tremor/Ataxia Syndrome (FXTAS)鈥�
OBJECTIVES:
听
1. To delineate the role of development itself in producing phenotypic end-states in neurodevelopmental disorders.
听
2. To identify potential early markers of later cognitive decline in males with FXTAS.
听
3. To identify "signature" genetic-cognitive profiles that differentiate premutation males with FXTAS symptoms from premutation males who are symptom free.
听
