We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting the �� Marketplace (MMP) has been resolved and the system has been restored.

As communicated previously, several MMP functions were impacted, including requisitions, purchase order change orders, invoices, and receiving transactions.

We would like to inform you that following a recent update implemented by Jaggaer, the software provider for the �� Marketplace (MMP), MMP requisitions are currently failing to process.

Jaggaer, Procurement Services, and IT Services are actively investigating the issue and working together to identify and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Resolving this matter remains our highest priority.

Budget carry forward balances for all applicable funds have been posted to May of Fiscal Year 27 (2026/27). This budget appears in account code 700421, 700422 or 700428 (depending on the Fund Type), and carries a document number starting with ‘CF’.

Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2026 is scheduled to be closed on June 1^st. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.
