 parative Law is presenting its second series of Summer Seminars in which t
 he whole 海角社区 Law community is invited to take part. The main purpose of
  this series is to offer a forum to younger scholars to present their idea
 s and to engage with those of others in an informal setting.\nThis Summer 
 Seminar will be given by Ruiqiao Zhang\, DCL candidate at 海角社区 Law.\nAbs
 tract\nThis seminar attempts to provide a better understanding of the syst
 em of dual ownership of trust property. Through comparative studies of the
  dual ownership of trust assets in common law and the introduction of trus
 ts in civilian jurisdictions (i.e. Scots law and Quebec law)\, it examines
  the Trust Law of China and proposes amendments to Chinese trust law.\nSpe
 aker bio\nRuiqiao Zhang is a Doctor of Civil Law candidate under the super
 vision of Professor Lionel Smith. She completed her LLMs degrees in Canada
 \, the Netherlands and China\, and holds Bachelor degrees of Law and Biote
