We will explore regenerative finance as an alternative to traditional finance, as it can equip us to help effectively address an 鈥渆ver more urgent鈥� human existential problem, related to the effects of climate change, which have resulted from our own economic activity. We review sustainability concepts, examine ethical implications of our current capital market design, and describe systems thinking concepts that point to some clear directions, although challenging to implement.
