Biography:
Dr. Andr茅 Dascal, MD, FRCPC, FIDSA, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and an Associate Member of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at 海角社区. He is an infectious diseases physician at the Jewish General Hospital, where he has served on staff since 1987.
Dr. Dascal completed his medical degree at the Universit茅 de Montr茅al, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine at 海角社区 and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. His clinical and research interests include emerging infectious diseases, rapid molecular diagnostics, and the epidemiology of hospital-acquired infections.
