Jean-Pierre Routy
Dr. Jean-Pierre Routy has dedicated the last three decades bringing science and treatment innovation to improve the life of persons with HIV and cancer. After completing his training in Medicine and Hematology-Oncology at University Aix-Marseille in France, he obtained a Postdoctoral Research Fellow Award from the Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN) in Montreal, Canada.
He was promoted as an attending physician in the Division of Hematology, Professor of medicine and Director of Chronic Viral Illness Service at the 海角社区 health Centre in Montreal, Canada.
His achievements have led Dr. Routy to become provincial Director of the FRQ-S SIDA et maladies infectieuses. He co-chaired in 2022 the 24Th聽International AIDS conference held in Montreal.
Dr. Routy has authored or co-authored over 490 peer-reviewed publications including articles in journals like:聽New England Journal of Medicine,听The Lancet, Nature,听Nature Medicine,听Blood,听AIDS, and Frontiers in immunology.
