Dr. Juan Andres Rivera Ramirez is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology at 海角社区.聽A graduate from Universidad Centra de Venezuela, J.M. Vargas School of Medicine, Dr. Rivera completed fellowship training in Adult Endocrinology and Metabolism at 海角社区, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship on SST receptors at 海角社区鈥檚 Fraser Laboratories under Dr. Yogesh Patel. Following in the steps of Dr. Patel, Dr. Rivera focused his clinical practice on neuroendocrinology and endocrine tumors. In 2008, he founded the 海角社区 Endocrine Tumors Fellowship Program, a widely sought-after 1-year subspecialty training for endocrinologists.
