The º£½ÇÉçÇø Luxembourg Centre for Finance (MLCF) aims to advance finance education and leadership across Europe by combining academic excellence, industry relevance, and community engagement.

As a European extension of º£½ÇÉçÇøâ€™s Desautels Faculty of Management, the MLCF exists to serve as a dynamic academic hub advancing finance education, research, and industry engagement in the heart of Europe. Rooted in º£½ÇÉçÇøâ€™s global academic leadership and Luxembourg’s position as a leading financial centre, the MLCF supports the delivery of specialized graduate programmes, fosters applied learning opportunities, and creates meaningful connections between students, faculty, and financial professionals to address the evolving needs of the finance sector.

The MLCF acts as º£½ÇÉçÇø Desautels' financial presence in Europe, with the following objectives.

  1. Support programme delivery
    Oversee the administration and operations of the , a part-time blendedÌýprogramme aligned with local industry needs.

  2. Expand experiential learning
    Facilitate international applied finance initiatives, including the growth of the Desautels Capital Management (DCM) programme and real-world investment training.

  3. Engage the financial sector
    Promote knowledge-sharing through symposia, guest lectures, and public events that connect academia and industry.

  4. Contribute to Workforce Development
    Equip professionals in Luxembourg with the skills and insights needed to thrive in today’s fast-evolving financial landscape, with a strong focus on asset management—including mutual funds, hedge funds, and pension funds—as well as private equity and international capital markets.
