 on Fund (MIF) will open on September 25th\, and to kick things off we will
  be holding a launch event聽Thursday\, September 21 at 5:00 PM聽at the Facul
 ty Club.\n\nOur guest speaker for this event will be聽Maxime Ranger.聽As a s
 erial entrepreneur\, Maxime has played a leading role in the creation and 
 management of several companies inculding Mperia therapeutics\, Inversago 
 Pharma and Neurasic Therapeutics\, to name a few. He is an active contribu
 tor to the Quebec biotech ecosystem through his participation and leadersh
 ip in Montreal InVivo committees\, in addition to being an adjunct profess
 or at the Pharmacy School of the University of Montreal. He is currently E
 xecutive Chairman of Giiant Pharma\, after more than 2 years as CEO.聽He ho
 lds a PhD in Chemistry from Laval University and performed a postdoctoral 
 fellowship at Stanford University. In addition\, he completed a joint Exec
 utive MBA at UQAM and Universit茅 Paris-Dauphine.\n\nWe will also reveal de
 tails of our new supplemental AMR award for $75\,000\, sponsored by the聽Mc
 Gill Antimicrobial Resistance Centre. AMR Centre Director Dao Nguyen will
