Prepare for an official certification

Getting ready for a standardized test? Assess your language structure, reading, and oral comprehension skills and take a 90-minute practice test under real Test de connaissance du français (TCF) conditions. 

Placement tests

You need to complete a placement test before you can register for a course. These tests are only for current students intending to enrol.

For French daytime courses at º£½ÇÉçÇø

This test is for:

  • Anyone registering for a French as a Second Language course at the French Language Centre for the first time
  • Students who previously took a course at the French Language Centre but then studied French elsewhere (outside º£½ÇÉçÇø or in another department)
  • Exchange students or those with a special status from another institution
