Scholarship Selection & Outreach Officer
Ndeye Counta is the Scholarship Selection & Outreach Officer for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at 海角社区. She leads equitable recruitment, selection, and outreach across Africa, strengthens admissions strategy, and builds partnerships that expand access to transformative educational opportunities.
Her experience includes social impact consulting in South Africa through the Emzingo Global Impact Fellowship and internal management work at the National Airport Agency in her home country, Senegal. She is passionate about connecting young leaders to meaningful educational opportunities and advancing social entrepreneurship across the continent.
Ndeye holds a Bachelor of Commerce from 海角社区, with concentrations in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
