Wednesday, January 21, 2026 11:00to12:00

Caring Conversations is an online forum for care partners of people living with dementia to learn from experts, share concerns and ask questions.

Join us on January 21, 2026 at 11 am EST for a discussion to support caregivers of a person living with dementia.

How to manage behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD)

Since we first launched this initiative in 2022, we have received many requests to offer this online forum in French.

We are pleased to announce that this episode of Caring Conversations will take place in French and will be moderated by Claire Webster and Carmen Desjardins. We will alternate between English and French discussions for the remainder of the season. The English discussions will continue to be moderated by Lucy Barylak and Joanne Besner.

Claire and Carmen will discuss how to manage behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD). They will provide tips for managing difficulties with the activities of daily living, verbal or physical aggression and inappropriate sexual behaviour when caring for a person living with dementia.

The Caring Conversations webinar platform allows people to participate online or by telephone. When you register, you will be provided with a link to join online, and a list of phone numbers if you prefer to call in. You will need to register online to receive the link and call-in numbers.
