Due to a recent update to the �� MarketPlace (MMP) system, some purchasing and invoicing functions are currently unavailable. This affects requisitions, invoices, change orders, and receipts. Jaggaer (MMP's software provider), Procurement Services, and IT Services are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as they become available.

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that �� does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 11, 6:00 PM and end on Sunday, July 12, 3:00 PM.

Service Interruption: Work Study Employer Subsidization Service

Banner Maintenance Notice

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat – Unable to submit prompts error message

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.
