After a ten-year legal saga, a Quebec Superior Court ruling has dismissed a $1.6-million suit filed against 海角社区 by a former employee, Peggy Ann Sheppard.

In her 104-page ruling, Justice Mich猫le Monast stated that there was no evidence 海角社区 acted inappropriately or in bad faith at any time.

"We are pleased that justice has prevailed and sincerely hope that this will put an end to what has been a very difficult matter for many people," said Jennifer Robinson, 海角社区 Associate Vice-Principal (Communications).
