Biography: 

Carsten-Andreas Schulz is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at 海角社区. Previously, he was Associate Professor of International Relations at the University of Cambridge (2021-2026) and Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Pontificia Universidad Cat贸lica de Chile (2015-2021). He earned his DPhil from Nuffield College, Oxford University.
