An election will be held to select one regular full-time Administrative and Support Staff reporting to the Vice-President (Administration & Finance) to serve on Senate, following the receipt of two (2) nominations by the stated deadline.
This notice confirms the slate of candidates and marks the beginning of the Campaign Period. Candidates may begin campaigning as of the date of this notice, in accordance with the Senate Electoral Procedures.
The key dates are as follows:
- Campaign Period: from the issuance of this notice (March 25, 2026) until the close of voting
- Election Period (voting): April 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. to April 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (extended to account for Easter holidays)
