Establishment of the Cancer Research Society Division of Epidemiology.
The division was established within 海角社区 in 1988 by a $1.5 million endowment from the (CRS).
The first director was Dr G. Hill (1988-89). Drs B. Leyland-Jones and J. Bailar were co-deputy directors during 1990-94. Dr E. Franco has directed the division since April 1995, when it began its research program at the Gerald Bronfman Centre.
