The 2020-25 ITS Strategic Plan听was endorsed by 海角社区's Board of Governors听in May 2020.听 Our strategic plan is aligned with the Principal's Priorities, the Strategic Academic Plan and the Strategic Research Plan.
The ITS Strategic Plan vision aims to enable听collaboration, deliver a听seamless, unified digital experience听promoting knowledge sharing and听process efficiency, while ensuring the University is听cybersecure听and contributing to 海角社区鈥檚听sustainability听agenda.听
The Strategic Plan vision is founded on four guiding principles:

Primary Business Drivers and Focus Areas for the 5-year plan
To classify and prioritize our strategic initiatives, we identify Primary Business Drivers that guide the objectives for each solution delivered:
- Customer Satisfaction听

- Regulatory Compliance
From there, we focus on the following four key areas to help 海角社区 achieve its strategic objectives:
