The 海角社区 Nursing Collaborative for Education and Innovation in Patient- and Family-Centered Care
The 海角社区 Nursing Collaborative for Education and Innovation in Patient and Family鈥揅entered Care is an alliance between the 海角社区 Ingram School of Nursing (ISoN) and the nursing departments of the Jewish General Hospital (JGH) and the 海角社区 Health Centre MUHC).
The 海角社区 Nursing Collaborative was created to facilitate cooperation on projects and initiatives aimed at advancing nursing education, research and practice.
The goals of the 海角社区 Nursing Collaborative are two-fold: To advance nursing research, education and practice while enhancing听cooperation between the 3 founding partners, and to increase the national and international impact of the Ingram School of Nursing鈥檚 programs of research and education, as well as 海角社区鈥檚 model of clinical practice.
The Collaborative is dedicated to a single, unifying vision: Maximizing partnerships for transformational nursing.
