Biography: Aglaia鈥檚 path in education began in Brazil, where she worked as an elementary school teacher and later trained and supported teachers across public schools. She also co-led restorative practices projects that fostered collaboration and understanding within school communities, deepening her commitment to education as a space for growth and connection. After moving to Canada Aglaia completed a second BA at Concordia University, where she continued to teach and became increasingly involved in higher education. Presently pursuing her master's in educational psychology at 海角社区, she is passionate about exploring how teaching and learning can be both effective and humane. Her goal is to contribute to educational practices that encourage curiosity, reflection, and meaningful exchange among students and educators.
