After completing his plastic surgery training at the 海角社区 Residency Training Program, Dr. Fouda Neel successfully passed the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeon of Canada Exam and became a fellow of the college. Subsequently, he decided to further enhance his capabilities and expertise by pursuing three different fellowships in breast and facial surgery in Vancouver at the University of British Columbia, in Winnipeg at the University of Manitoba and in Montreal at 海角社区 while completing a Master鈥檚 Degree in Health Management at 海角社区.
