As Vice-President (Administration and Finance), Professor Fabrice Labeau is the chief financial and administrative officer of 海角社区.

As custodians of 海角社区's resources, we provide regular reporting on the University's finances and budget to 海角社区 governing bodies and to the public.
Leading Horizon 海角社区
Professor Fabrice Labeau is the co-lead of Horizon 海角社区, a university-wide initiative aimed at restoring 海角社区鈥檚 finances to protect our academic mission. The Office of the Vice-President (Administration and Finance) actively contributes to Horizon 海角社区 with a focus on cutting red tape and improving administrative processes.
