Eliana is a globally minded Program Advisor with a lifelong connection to multicultural environments. Born in Colombia to a Canadian father and a Colombian mother, she grew up across seven countries, an experience that shaped her deep appreciation for diversity and her natural adaptability.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from 海角社区 and a Certificate in Education and Pedagogy from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medell铆n, Colombia. Her academic background reflects her longstanding dedication to education, community engagement, and social development.

Driven by a passion for meaningful impact, Eliana has built a versatile career that includes experience as a teacher, apprentice social worker, and Program Advisor for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at 海角社区. In this role, she supports exceptional young leaders from across Africa, drawing inspiration from their stories, perspectives, and academic journeys.
