This session will be presented by Gustavo Sachs, an IT Technical Training Developer at 海角社区 by day, and a volunteer at a cat shelter by night. With a background in journalism, web accessibility, data analysis and translation project management, he joined 海角社区 2.5 years ago and has developed and delivered training in Microsoft tools, web management and Banner since.
