Case managers are here to provide immediate support for students experiencing difficulties.

The student meets with a Case Manager, who listens to their situation, offers support, and connects them to the right resources inside or outside 海角社区. The goal is to find practical solutions that improve the student鈥檚 academic and personal well-being.

When should you contact a Case Manager? 

If you are feeling overwhelmed with your situation. 

For example, if you are

  • concerned about school and your academics,
  • worried about your housing situation,
  • having suicide thoughts,
  • concerned about a friend or another student,
  • grieving a loss and want to talk to someone, etc.
