Planted thanks to the initiative of 海角社区 alumna Gloria Harding, who was active in the before her passing, the tree honours the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home peace run. Harding chose the crabapple tree, located near the Roddick Gates, as a living reminder for humanity鈥檚 collective longing for peace. She enjoyed the tree regularly, and was often present for peace run teams who stopped for group photos by this tree. 聽聽
